Mobile homes or Park homes have developed and improved immensely over the last few years. They look and feel like small bungalows with pitched roofs, double glazing and central heating. They provide an alternative to the expense of purchasing a property.

Here on Spain's Costa del Sol residential mobile home parks are quite a new concept and the climate is just perfect for them. Many homes have air-conditioning, outside decking around the home as well as patios and sheds and are lived in happily all year round. As they are fully furnished to a very high standard means that little has to be shipped over from the UK. Furnishings vary with each make and model but nearly all have dining areas, 3 piece suites, fully fitted kitchens, fitted wardrobes and a look and feel inside exactly like a brick built house. Most park homes are 10 metres long by 4 metres wide which is perfect for living in,

All the English made models are fully carpeted with matching curtains and bedding, designs vary different from home to home.

Many homes also have patio or French doors which lead on to decked areas. Decking can also be a further 40 square metres which in Spain is also regarded as living space as you are able to enjoy a lot of time relaxing in the shade or sitting under the stars at night. The garden sheds are normally 6 feet by 8 feet.

All the park homes here in Spain are fully connected to all the main services such as electricity, water, satellite and telephone just as a brick built bungalow would be.

The residential parks in Spain allow for each home to be sited on a substantial plot which adds to the pleasure and  feel factor that makes living in a mobile home in Spain so attractive.

The prices of the homes include everything which means that once installed on your large 200sq metre landscaped plot all you have to do is collect the keys from the reception and relax.
