A Brand New Mobile Home Park in the Heart of Andalucía

Park Las Vistas is a brand new residential style mobile home
park near the village of Los Corrales.
Set in a beautiful rural part of Spain,
the complex is owned by a famous Spanish singer Ana Reverte who is from this area and has
developed the park over the past few years. Whenever she is not on tour she
spends her time here relaxing and working on her new material.
This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a very special park and one of
the great attractions about this park is that it is going to offer each plot a
fantastic view of the surrounding countryside. Las Vistas is Spanish for The
Views and the few lucky people who have had the opportunity to come and take a
look for them selves have had their breath taken away by the views all round.
The grounds of the hotel means that new
owners of mobile homes will be able to enjoy the surroundings from day one.
The owners of the complex have decided to expand and add a mobile homes
park. There will be around 50 plots and each plot will have an area of
approximately 200m2. The land currently has olive trees on it and the intention
is to keep as many of the trees as possible fitting the homes into the already
very natural surroundings. That means every home on the park will enjoy wall to
wall views.
The park itself is
based around an existing Rural Tourism Complex with
a small hotel and pool. It is NOT a campsite and It
will be dedicated to offering it's residents a perfect location to enjoy a
relaxed lifestyle.
The park is less than a kilometre from the nearby small
Spanish town of Los Corrales, with a population of 4000 people. It is fully
equipped for all your daily necessities, such as banks, tapas bars and
restaurants, supermarkets and a medical centre. There are four other towns that
are close by and all within a 10 minutes drive of the park. Then for a wider
selection, a bigger town and the main hospital of the area, Osuna is also 15
minutes by car from the park.
Close to the main Granada to Seville motorway, and a new
high speed train link the area is very well located. Daily public transport from
the town links you to the surrounding area and the country roads are all in
excellent condition and make for nice easy driving.
More good news, the airports of Malaga, Seville, Granada and Jerez are all
within an hour to an hour and a half from the park and motorway all the way
which means you have a good selection to choose from when you or your family
want to book flights either from or to the UK.
The mobile homes for Las Vistas can be supplied either by
Westfield Caravans in Blackpool or Ibiza Mobile Homes in Alicante. We are more
than happy to arrange viewings of the homes themselves should that be required
after a visit to the park has been carried out
The village of Los Corrales is situated in a wonderful
part of Spain. Malaga, Granada
and Seville airports all within easy reach.
The village has everything you can
want and the local town of Osuna rivals the town of Antequera in the
facilities it has to offer. Not far from Los Corrales is the village of Olvera (The king of the white villages)
and is well worth visiting.
The villagers themselves are very traditional and celebrate all the fiestas
in true Andalucían style. They are very welcoming and love showing new
residents the traditional way of life backed by the many "Tapas Bars" in
the village.
